What should I share to get a quote?
The type of event, date, city or country, approximate number of guests and your goal are enough for a first assessment. Fill in the form on this page or give us a call.
How far in advance should we plan?
We recommend at least 6–8 weeks for corporate meetings and at least 4–6 weeks for press launches. For events abroad and large productions, starting earlier gives you more options.
Do you only work in Istanbul?
No. We are based in Istanbul and have organised events in cities across Türkiye and abroad, in 9 countries so far.
How is the event budget set?
The budget depends on the scope of the event, the number of guests, the venue, production needs and travel and accommodation. If you share your budget range in the first conversation, we shape our proposal around it.
