End-to-end event management
We run launches, galas, corporate meetings and festivals end to end with one team: concept, venue, stage and technical production, travel, accommodation and reporting.
End-to-end event management means one team plans and runs every part of an event. Ondokuz Organizasyon has worked this way from Istanbul since 2005, managing product launches, dealer meetings, year-end celebrations and festivals.
We have produced more than 1,000 events. For brands such as Toyota, Lexus, BYD and ALJ we have worked across Türkiye as well as in Japan, Serbia, Monaco, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Germany and Cyprus.
Events we manage
- Launches: new product reveals, press and dealer launches, digital launches.
- Corporate meetings: dealer and distributor meetings, strategy sessions, seminars.
- Celebrations and ceremonies: year-end parties, gala nights, award ceremonies.
- Festivals: concerts, open-air events, brand festivals and carnivals.
- Corporate social responsibility events: programmes such as ALJ Türkiye's afforestation campaign.
You can see the range in our projects, from the Orange Blossom Carnival held every April in Adana to the BYD Sealion 7 & Atto 2 launch.
How we work: from brief to report
- Brief and goals: we agree on the purpose, audience, date and budget range.
- Concept and content: we design the theme, the running order and the story told on stage.
- Venue and technical production: we select the venue and plan stage, sound, lighting and LED screens.
- Logistics: we organise guest travel, accommodation, registration and welcome.
- Event day: our on-site team tracks the schedule in real time and handles changes immediately.
- Evaluation: we report on guest feedback and results.
Why one team?
When concept, production and logistics sit with the same team, decisions are faster and last-minute changes are handled in one place. Depending on the project, we bring logistics and operations, content and production or sponsorship management into the same plan.
To discuss your event, get in touch: the date, city, approximate number of guests and your goal are enough for a first assessment.
