Digital content and production

We create content and manage production for your events, from stage and LED screen content to photo and video, live streaming and press launch communications.

Digital content and production shapes both the experience in the room and what remains after the event. At Ondokuz we plan content as part of the event itself, from stage visuals to live streaming and from press launch communications to the event film. The visual on stage, the short video shared on social media and the press release should all tell the same story.

What we produce

  • Stage and screen content: visuals for LED screens and projection, opening and transition videos.
  • Photo and video: event-day shoots and short films that tell the story of the event.
  • Live streaming: broadcasts for remote participants, integrated with social media.
  • Press launch communications: press invitations, press releases, media monitoring and reporting.
  • Digital launches: formats that take a product reveal to an online audience.

Press and dealer launches

A press launch is about getting the product described accurately in the media. We prepare the concept and running order, invite journalists and content creators, and follow and report on the coverage afterwards. The BYD YangWang U8 & U9 launch, which brought dealers and press together in one event, is an example.

Lead time

We recommend starting at least 4–6 weeks before a press launch, so invitations, content and technical preparation can be completed properly. For your project, get in touch.

Frequently asked questions

What content do you produce for events?

Visuals for LED screens and projection, opening and transition videos, event-day photo and video, live streams and social media content, and press releases. We plan all of it as one story built on the event concept.

Can you live-stream the event?

Yes. We set up live streams for remote participants and support them with social media and interactive sessions; we have also run online and hybrid meetings.

Do you handle media relations for press launches?

Yes. We prepare and send press invitations, plan the press briefing and interviews on the day, then monitor the coverage and deliver a media report.

How far ahead should a press launch be planned?

We recommend starting at least 4–6 weeks ahead. That gives enough time to complete the guest list, the content and the technical setup.

Can a press launch and a dealer launch be combined?

Yes. At the BYD YangWang U8 and U9 launch we brought dealers and press together in one event, building the running order around the needs of both audiences.
