VIP transfers and airport meet-and-greet
We meet your guests with a name sign at Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen, tracking flights in real time and adjusting to delays. In the city we provide a dedicated car and driver for the day; at events we run multi-vehicle group transfers and protocol transport.
What we plan
- Transport: airport meet-and-greet, city and event transfers, group movements.
- Accommodation: hotel selection and the guests' accommodation plan.
- Registration and welcome: registration area and a team that welcomes guests.
- Operations plan: a minute-by-minute running order, staff assignments and supplier coordination.

Events abroad
For the dealer meetings and events we organise abroad, travel, accommodation and transfer planning are part of the job. Some of this work is on our Abroad page, and the service works hand in hand with corporate meetings.
